Bachelor of Science in Nursing or B.Sc Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility criterion is successful completion of 10+2 level of education in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is education within an academic framework specially directed to the development of critical thinking skills, competence and standards required for the practice of professional nursing and midwifery as envisaged in National Health Policy, 2002.
Diploma in Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology or DOTAT. The duration of the course shall be 2 years and 6 months with internship included. The course shall be completed in 4 semesters. There will be theory classes, practical training and resident duty at the time of the course. Students will be asked to conduct presentations of different topics related to the course and they will also have industrial visits as part of their curriculum.
